Welcome to the monthly unlimited car wash membership that opens the door to a clean car all month long. The Metro Pass auto renews each month on the credit/debit card you have provided via our secure systems. With access to all our locations in Idaho, Washington, and Montana, you can wash as often as you like, wherever you are. By enrolling in our plan, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below:

AUTOMATIC RECHARGE SUBSCRIPTION:
All monthly unlimited memberships are subject to an AUTOMATIC RECHARGE SUBSCRIPTION. Your credit/debit card on file will be charged every month. Memberships opened on the 29th through the 31st of the month will be billed on the 28th.
Your monthly unlimited membership is assigned to one (1) vehicle by a FASTPASS ID TAG attached to your vehicle’s windshield. You agree not to tamper with or remove the tag without notifying METRO EXPRESS CAR WASH and canceling your plan.
For online purchases, your FASTPASS ID NUMBER will be assigned to your vehicle when you redeem your code at the car wash location you choose upon purchase.
Any tampering or attempt to move a FASTPASS ID will result in the automatic termination of your membership.
METRO EXPRESS reserves the right to close locations due to circumstances affecting service availability, such as inclement weather, holidays, equipment maintenance, servicing, or upgrades.

Your UNLIMITED CLUB MEMBERSHIP is an AUTOMATIC RECHARGE PROGRAM that remains in effect until you submit a CANCELLATION request at : https://metroexpress.app.rinsed.co/customer_portal
Cancellation requests must be made at least 3 business days before your monthly billing renewal date.
METRO EXPRESS CAR WASH reserves the right to terminate unlimited accounts for pass abuse, conduct, safety concerns, and may modify or cancel this program or individual accounts at any time for any reason.
METRO EXPRESS may terminate the plan if the recurring charge is declined by the credit card processor. If declined, METRO EXPRESS reserves the right to attempt the charge daily for up to 14 days.
REFUNDS AND MEMBERSHIP CHANGES:
No refunds will be given for mid-month cancellations or for billing cycles with no wash usage. To pause your membership or assign an account to a new vehicle, contact customer service (see CUSTOMER SUPPORT).
All sales are subject to the SALES TAX rules of the state in which the membership is purchased, and SALES TAX will be added as required to monthly memberships in those states.
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS are valid one time per account. If an account is re-enrolled at the PROMOTIONAL RATE, it will not be guaranteed an additional 90 days of promotional pricing, and regular rates will apply.
PROMOTIONAL PRICING is subject to the terms of the promotion and ends when the promotional period expires.
Monthly promotional/introductory rates may increase without individual member notification. Notification of price increases will be posted at all locations 30 days or more in advance of the change.
Enrolled vehicles must meet METRO EXPRESS CAR WASH’S SAFETY GUIDELINES. Enrollment does not guarantee satisfaction of these guidelines until a visual inspection at our wash is performed.
VEHICLE DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY:
METRO EXPRESS CAR WASH is not responsible for damage to or the repair of various vehicle components or conditions, as listed in the terms.
Including but not limited to:
- Loose equipment, including but not limited to, mirrors, trim, molding, emblems, light covers, wheel covers, center caps, bumpers, running boards, flaps, or bug deflectors that become dislodged during contact with Metro Express Car Wash equipment.
- Any “rack” devices such as luggage racks, bicycle racks, or work racks.
- Pre-existing conditions with your vehicle or any after-market parts or installations.
- Vehicles with less than five inches (5”) of ground clearance or vehicles that are greater than seven-feet, two-inches (7’ 2”) in height.
- Vehicles that are wider than seventy-three inches (73”) in total width as measured from tire wall to tire wall or have tires that exceed thirteen inches (13”) in width.
- Vehicles that are ten (10) years old or older.
- Water leakage resulting from unsecure or open doors or windows including sunroofs, trucks, and hoods.
- Antennas that are not fully removed, lowered, or otherwise secured by you including: power antennas, whip antennas, antenna fins, or other antennas that otherwise cannot be lowered or removed.
- Collisions due to braking in while vehicles are in the tunnel or incidents that occurred while you or other customers are operating vehicles.
- Any automated system or feature on your vehicle that may cause damage to your vehicle or other vehicles.
By providing your email or phone number, you agree to be contacted by METRO EXPRESS CAR WASH via email and text message for account management and updates on services and promotions.
We will send account-related information electronically, such as payment authorizations, invoices, and notices, via email or text messages. You agree that these electronic communications satisfy any legal communication requirements.
UNLIMITED CLUB MEMBERSHIPS are not for use on dealership-owned vehicles. Contact customer support (see CUSTOMER SUPPORT) for dealership-owned vehicle wash options.
We will maintain certain data relating to your use of your UNLIMITED CLUB MEMBERSHIP as well as data that you provide about yourself. For more information about what we do with data see our Privacy Policy
AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE:
An agreement to the terms and conditions must be accepted at the time the account is opened. Enrollment into the UNLIMITED CLUB is considered acceptance of these terms and conditions.
METRO EXPRESS CAR WASH may update, alter, change, or modify these TERMS AND CONDITIONS without notification. It is your responsibility to check for and comply with such adjustments.
By enrolling in METRO EXPRESS CAR WASH’S UNLIMITED CLUB MEMBERSHIP program, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. Please review this document regularly for any updates or changes.
