METRO EXPRESS CAR WASH – FLEET PROGRAM

The basic premise of our fleet account system is that you give us some amount of money up front, and we give you *extra* money because you’ve prepaid. The amount extra depends on the amount you pay.

Example: You give us $300, you’ll actually have $360.00 on your account, the extra $60 being because of the 20% bonus.
How do your employees use the fleet program?
There are two ways to use your balance.
Each employee gets a Metro Express Car Wash Fleet Membership Card. When your employee pulls up to our automated terminal, they pick the car wash they want to buy (just like normal), and then scan their Fleet Membership Card in the barcode scanner. The gate opens, they pull forward into the wash, and your account is charged.
The advantage to this system is that it’s tied to the employee – one employee can wash any of your vehicles by using their membership card.
Each vehicle gets a special tag applied. You get a special tag that is attached to a vehicle. When your employee pulls up to our automated terminal, the vehicle is recognized. The employee picks which wash they want. The gate opens, they pull forward into the wash, and your account is charged.
